公司創(chuàng)始團隊和管理團隊都畢業(yè)于國家985，211重點高校，且有跨國集團公司核心部門研發(fā)工作背景，具有較強專業(yè)精神和創(chuàng)新精神。自主研發(fā)發(fā)明專利與實用新型專利十余項，且不斷求實創(chuàng)新，積極沉淀研發(fā)力量。目前我司是國內(nèi)唯一可以設計制作快速換模和模具庫集成的公司。具備較強研發(fā)能力：
1. 具備多種換模方式的換模技術：如單臺機換模，側向換模方式，橋式堆垛機換模方式，自動連線換模系統(tǒng)等
2. 具備自主創(chuàng)新模具立體庫研發(fā)制造技術，相比于物流行業(yè)的立體倉庫，因模具庫屬于重載庫的特點而擁有較高的技術門檻。
3. 具備換模臺車與模具庫集成技術，可通過PLC控制聯(lián)接倉庫管理控制WCS/WMS系統(tǒng)從而與企業(yè)管理ERP系統(tǒng)通訊，具備與MES系統(tǒng)對接的條件。
